Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your name and email address. As you use the app we store the tasks you add, the activities and minutes you log, your daily reflections, and your reminder preference.

If you buy a paid plan, our payment provider collects your name, email and billing address, and we store the resulting order record (order id, product, amount, status). We never see or store your card number.

We use your information only to run the product: showing your day, calculating streaks and insights, sending the daily reminder email if you turn it on, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Your daily spark message is generated by an AI service. Only the date and a short writing prompt are sent — no personal details, tasks or notes are shared with it.

We rely on a small set of service providers to operate the app: our hosting platform (Base44), our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix) for purchases, our email provider for reminder emails, and the AI service that writes the daily message. Each receives only what it needs for that task.

Your data is stored on secured servers and is only accessible through your account. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the service.

You can turn reminder emails off at any time in Settings. You can delete your account in Settings, which permanently removes your tasks, activities, reflections and preferences. You can also ask us to delete your data by contacting us from the Support page.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will note the new date at the top of this page.
