Terms of Service

Daywell is a personal productivity app for tracking tasks, activities, focus sessions and daily reflections. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to each term section below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Daywell, and you agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your tasks, activities, reflections and preferences.

Some features require a one-time payment for lifetime access. The current price is shown on the purchase page before you pay, and payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Base44 Payments). We never see or store your card details.

Because access is granted digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us through the Support page and we will help.

Please do not misuse the app: no attempts to break or overload it, no accessing other people's data, no copying or reselling the service, and no unlawful or harmful activity. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.

Everything you enter — tasks, activity logs and reflections — belongs to you. Your daily spark message is written by an AI service; it is inspirational content, not professional, medical or financial advice, and it may occasionally be inaccurate.

We work to keep Daywell available and improving, but the app is provided as is and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

You can stop using Daywell at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may end user access at any time if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Daywell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

If these terms change in a meaningful way we will note the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
